Binksy & Bobo's one year anniversary is coming up. This means I have to get my butt in gear with respect to branding myself and increasing my PR efforts.
I've recently joined a Mom Entrepreneur Group that has enabled me to make a lot of connections and obtain much needed support. (If you as a mother have your own business or intend to do so, I would highly recommend this group).
My other focus has been increasing my on-line presence by getting myself involved in Social Media networking sites. A year ago, I had no idea what social networking even meant. I wasn't connected to Facebook, (now I have a fan page with followers), Twitter meant nothing to me, nor did Linkedin. I can now say I'm a Twitterer and I'm hooked into Linkedin too.
It's a huge social media world out there that I'm continually learning about, and although a lot of people still don't know what Binksy & Bobo is all about - they will soon!
