Working on my first Samples

I've had a ton of fun doing fabric sourcing and shopping for the samples I'll need to be starting on shortly.
Who knew buying fabric could be so addictive? There are so many beautiful textures, colours & prints - I nearly ended up buying 10x more than I actually needed.
Since I'm a brand new company, and starting small - I have been the one, designing and sewing my own sample line.
The sewing is cathartic and soothes somewhat stressful moments encountered when starting your own business.
There is so much to think about! First making samples, then getting them shot, after that comes colour correction of the images and then designing the actual website (which is a whole other ball game).
I'm doing most of this on my own, the website design and editing of images won't be to difficult as this is where my experience as a graphic designer lies, and my brother will be able to handle the photo shoot as he has is video editor/photographer of his own company Vidwerk. I'm lucky to have all these resources at my disposal!
